Meet the BoD

George Christou is the founder as well as the managing director of the company. He graduated from the European University of Cyprus where he obtained his A.A.T (Association of Accounting Technicians) degree. At the same time he began working at the Economic division of a well established insurance company in Cyprus. In June 2001 George gained the A.C.C.A (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) professional diploma while in February 2002 he became member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. In September 2006 George was admitted as Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.He also works as an instructor at various educational institutions of Cyprus, teaching Information Systems as well as U.K and Cyprus Taxation at C.A.T and A.C.C.A levels. In December 2001 he was employed as Audit Senior in medium size audit firm. In 2004 he was promoted at the position of Audit Manager and in January 2008 he has been promoted to Director. Currently is a director of EuroAudit.George is a regular, active member of ITPG (International Taxation Practice Group) of Geneva Group International (GGI) as well as one of the first member of ITPG subgroup for VAT. He attends several meetings abroad regarding Cyprus Taxation and Cyprus VAT.He has extensive knowledge in Cyprus Law especially with regards to Taxation and VAT with special reference to international business companies, real estate development, financial and retail sectors of the economy.

Vangelis Eleftheriou holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Managing Business Performance. In 2013, Vangelis became Certified Management Consultant (CMC), the ultimate international accolade for consultants. The CMC designation acknowledges Vangelis history of superior performance in delivering results to client organizations, commitment to the highest ethical standards, verifies his strong academic background and continuing professional development, as well as personal conduct and pledge to superior management consulting.Vangelis specializes in entrepreneurship development and business performance measurement, management and improvement with thorough understanding and considerable experience of the most influential methodologies and frameworks such as Six Sigma and Balanced Scorecard.

George A. Christou graduated from the “Nottingham Business School” of the Nottingham Trent University, U.K. where he obtained his B. A. (HONS) in Business Administration.He worked for “Laiki” Bank for more than 32 years and he got the early retirement scheme offered by Bank of Cyprus after the amalgamation of Bank of Cyprus and Laiki, following the events of March 2013.At the time of his retirement he was the manager of the second biggest Retail Banking branch of “Laiki” in Larnaca having under his supervision 20 employees.He has extensive knowledge of the banking business in Cyprus and he is an expert in banking funds management.In August 2014 he started his own firm based in Larnaca offering services to individuals as well as to companies for financial issues, banking issues and other consulting services.

Yiannos Ioannou is a Senior Manager in the audit department of the firm.He graduated from the European University of Cyprus where he obtained his C.A.T (Certified Accounting Technicians)  degree. At the same time he was employed and an audit senior in a medium sized audit firm in Nicosia. In June 2005 Yiannos gained the A.C.C.A (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) professional diploma while in September 2006 he became member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus.As from April 2007, Yiannos is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors.Towards the end of 2005, Yiannos relocated in Romania , where he worked for six years in a big audit firm where he reached the position of manager.Towards the end of 2011, Yiannos relocated back in Cyprus. During the years 2012-2015, Yiannos was employed at Globaltraining at the position of Manager for AuditExp Services. AuditExp is a bespoke audit training program to assist auditors in complying with the requirements of the Clarified ISAs, IFRSs and ICPAC Practice regulations.Currently he is engaged in the audit and assurance services along with business advisory services, with considerable experience in the application of Cyprus and International tax legislation.  He is a licensed statutory auditor by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
